Hi, I’m Sarah Castle, a purposeful leader on a mission to transform organizations and elevate people. 

I’m an ex-Amazon executive who reached that level before I was 40. I experienced many pivotal points in my career – from building my first team to leading leaders, from “you’re not ready for promotion yet” to becoming an executive, from taking on roles where I wanted to try something new to knowing exactly what job I wanted next. I developed leaders and encouraged them to prioritize their growth even if that meant leaving my team, led organizations through significant, measurable turnarounds, and I set vision, mission, tenets, goals and strategy time and time again. 

Through all of this experience, I honed in on my purpose – transforming organizations and elevating leaders. Now, I’m working in my purpose every day by being a coach, consultant, and speaker. Outside of my business, I live a full life where I’m a mother, mentor, entrepreneurship professor, non-profit board member, published author, athlete, home cook, and an all-around badass!
